설치하려고 하면외계인(el8을 사용할 수 없기 때문에 el7 패키지) 이 오류가 발생합니다(CentOS에 Polish를 적용했습니다)

Perl dnf 모듈을 활성화해 보십시오:
dnf module enable perl:5.26
다시 외계인을 설치해 보세요.

powertools를 활성화했고 이로 인해 RockyLinux(Centos8)의 문제가 해결되었습니다.
dnf config-manager --set-enabled powertools
