오류가 뻔한데 URL로는 접속이 안 되니까 ph.archive.ubuntu.com 가서 /etc/apt/검색해서 ph.archive.ubuntu.com댓글이나 삭제로 막아보세요

cd /etc/apt/
sudo grep -ir 'ph.archive.ubuntu.com' ./

그런 다음 해당 파일이 포함된 파일을 열고 비활성화합니다.
