CentOS를 열 때마다 네트워크 서비스를 다시 시작해야 하는 이유는 무엇입니까?

SSH 서버로 사용하는 CentOS 시스템이 있는데 LAN 외부에서도 SSH가 가능합니다. 내 문제는 CentOS를 켤 때마다 (LAN 내에서도) "접속할 수 없는" 것처럼 보이지만 다시 정상으로 돌아오므로 기본적으로 service network restart서버를 껐다가 켤 때마다 이 작업을 수행해야 한다는 것입니다 service network restart. 이런 일이 일어나나요?
