저는 버려진 컴퓨터에서 가져온 오래된 Seagate 4TB 내장 하드 드라이브를 게임용 백업 하드 드라이브로 재활용할 계획입니다.

안전을 위해 먼저 smartctl 스캔을 실행하고 싶었기 때문에 그렇게 하고 smartctl -t short /dev/sdb결과를 얻었습니다. "WHEN_FAILED" 열에 아무 것도 표시되지 않으므로 문제가 없어 보입니다(처음에는 주로 온도 관련 오류에 관심이 있었습니다). 그런데 나는 보았다.2018년 기사 "Current_Pending_Sector"에 대한 언급은 꽤 심각합니다. 제 것은 0이 아니고 오류도 있습니다... 신경써야 할지 잘 모르겠어서 SE를 시도해 볼까 생각했습니다. .

지금까지 내 추측으로는 중요한 내용을 넣지 말아야 한다는 것입니다. 하지만 저장 폴더를 심볼릭 링크하여 다른 곳에(더 나은 결과를 얻을 수 있는 드라이브에) 존재하도록 하고 다시 신경쓰지 않으면 게임에서 사용할 수 있을 것입니다. 드라이브가 실패하면 설치된 게임을 다운로드합니다. 또한 "READ DMA EXT" 오류가 임박한 오류를 나타내는지 아니면 케이블이나 기타 일회성 이벤트일 수 있는지 확실하지 않습니다(오류 35-39만 볼 수 있고 모두 "16936시간"에 발생합니다...아닙니다. 모든 오류를 볼 수 있는 방법이 있는지, 아니면 표시된 대로 마지막 5개의 오류만 저장하는지 확인하세요. SMART도 나쁘지는 않지만 HDD 펌웨어로 해결할 수 없는 몇 가지 오류가 있습니다.

이제 어느 섹터가 손상되었는지 정확히 알고 있으므로 dd를 사용하여 해당 섹터를 재할당해 볼 수 있습니다.
