Perl에 핵심 모듈이 없습니다

Ubuntu 20.04에서 며칠 전에 잘 작동했던 Buildroot를 사용하면 다음과 같은 오류 메시지가 나타납니다.

Your Perl installation is not complete enough; at least the following modules are missing:

     Data::Dumper
     ExtUtils::MakeMaker
     Thread::Queue
     Math::BigInt
     Math::BigRat

실행하면 perl -V다음을 얻습니다.

Can't locate Config.pm:   /usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/perl/5.30.0/Config.pm: Permiso denegado.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted.

내 시스템에 "/usr/local/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu" 폴더가 없습니다(/usr/lib에 있음).

내 생각엔 이것이 실패한 빌드 및 설치 시도와 관련이 있을 수 있다고 생각합니다. /usr/local 하위 폴더에 타사 종속성을 설치하려고 어제 시도했는데, 결국 /usr/local 아래에 파일이 누락되어 실패했습니다. ( cc1plus: error: /usr/local/include/x86_64-linux-gnu: Permission denied실제 문제는 다음과 같습니다 . 허가 없이는 폴더가 존재하지 않습니다).

그것이 내 시스템을 어떻게 망쳤는지 전혀 모릅니다. Perl 문제는 지금까지 제가 발견한 유일한 부작용이며, 문제를 해결하는 방법에 대한 유용한 정보를 찾을 수 없습니다.

'apt'를 사용하여 Perl과 해당 종속성(perl-base, perl-modules 등)을 다시 설치해 보았으나 성공하지 못했습니다.

를 실행하면 perl -V몇 sudo가지 정보가 있으므로 유용할 경우를 대비하여 여기에 붙여넣겠습니다.
