문제 설명

방금 새 와이드스크린 모니터(Dell Ultrasharp U4919DW)를 구입했고 USB-C 연결을 통해 한쪽은 DP에 연결된 업무용 노트북, 다른 한쪽은 개인용 노트북(모두 Lenovo ThinkPad)을 사용하여 분할 화면 모드에서 사용하고 있습니다. 모니터에는 키보드와 마우스를 연결하는 USB 허브도 내장되어 있습니다. 모니터는 랩톱(하나는 USB-C를 통해 연결되고 다른 하나는 USB 3을 통해 연결됨) 간에 주변 장치를 전환하는 방법을 제공합니다. 처음에는 작동했기 때문에 작동한다고 가정합니다(따라서 올바르게 구성되었습니다). 그러나 업무용 노트북(예상대로 작동하는 Windows 10 실행)으로 전환한 다음 다시 개인 노트북(Ubuntu 실행)으로 전환하면 키보드나 마우스가 감지되지 않습니다.

어떤 드라이버가 최신이어야 하는지 확인했습니다. 그러나 올바른 것을 사용하고 있는지 확실하지 않습니다(첨부 파일 참조).

출력을 살펴 dmesg -w보니 장치의 연결이 끊어졌지만 다시는 연결되지 않은 것으로 나타났습니다.

노트북에서 USB-C 케이블을 뺐다가 다시 꽂으면 USB 허브가 다시 감지되면 다시 작동합니다.

또한 I cat /dev/bus/usb/003/001(허브의 버스)인 경우 장치를 다시 감지합니다.

정말 번거롭고 해당 기능을 사용하는 전반적인 경험을 망치기 때문에 USB-C 케이블을 뽑았다가 다시 연결할 필요가 없었으면 좋겠습니다. :=)

저를 도와주시고 추가 로그나 출력을 요청하실 수 있기를 바랍니다. :)

비디오와 데이터가 모두 동일한 USB-C 포트에서 실행된다는 점은 주목할 가치가 있습니다(드라이버 문제일까요?).
