Linux에서는 인터넷 연결이 느립니다.

새로운 인터넷 연결에 문제가 있습니다. 이것은 대칭형 500Mbs 연결이지만 Linux 시스템(fedora 30)에서는 50M만 얻을 수 있습니다. Windows에서 다른 컴퓨터와의 트래픽은 500Mb입니다. 내 이더넷 카드 속도가 100Mb이기 때문에 내 Linux 이더넷 연결에 문제가 있다는 것을 알고 있습니다. 이유는 모르겠습니다.

ethtool을 사용해 보았는데 1000Mb/s로 변경하려고 하면

$ sudo ethtool -s enp3s0 speed 1000 duplex full

그런데 링크가 연결이 안되네요

enp3s0을 늘리려고 하면 1000Mb 속도가 사라졌다가 다시 100M이 나옵니다.
