Fedora30 업그레이드: 일반 사용자로 KDE를 실행할 수 없습니다

Fedora 29에서 Fedora 30으로 업그레이드했습니다. 루트는 KDE를 잘 사용할 수 있지만 일반 사용자로는 사용할 수 없기 때문에 권한과 관련된 문제인 것 같습니다. 화면 중앙에 반응하는 마우스 화살표가 있는 거의 검은색 전체 화면 창이 나타납니다. 관련될 수 있는 일부 데이터:
