SCP 권한이 거부되었습니다.

호스트 Ubuntu 16.0.4에 두 개의 LXC 컨테이너를 만들었습니다. 하나는 Ubuntu이고 다른 하나는 Centos7입니다. 루트 사용자로 scp 명령을 사용하여 Centos7에서 Ubuntu로 파일을 복사하려고하는데 루트 비밀번호를 요청했고 올바른 비밀번호를 입력했는데 권한이 거부되었음을 표시했습니다. 제가 거절당한 이유를 알 수 있나요?여기에 이미지 설명을 입력하세요.

루트 로그인을 허용 /etc/ssh/sshd_config(PermitRootLogin Yes)하여 로그인할 수 있었습니다.

~에 따르면man sshd_config

 PermitRootLogin
         Specifies whether root can log in using ssh(1).  The argument must be “yes”, “prohibit-password”, “without-password”, “forced-commands-only”,
         or “no”.  The default is “prohibit-password”.

sshd_config를 변경한 후에는 sshd를 다시 시작해야 합니다.
