Grub(debian)은 AHCI 모드에서 부팅되지 않습니다.

나는 꽤 오랫동안 Debian(Acer 노트북)을 사용해 왔지만 많은 문제는 발생하지 않았습니다. 그러나 최근에 사용하기 시작했을 때 다음과 같은 메시지를 받았습니다.

No bootable device - insert boot disk and press any key

라이브 CD(xubuntu)와 함께 작동하며 하드 드라이브가 표시됩니다(라이브 CD에서 일부 백업을 만들 수 있습니다).
인터넷을 검색한 후 BIOS AHCI 모드를 IDE 모드로 전환했습니다. 작동하지만 성능이 훨씬 낮고 때로는 브라우저를 열고 파일을 복사할 때 입력/출력 오류가 발생하여 하드 리셋을 수행해야 하는 경우가 있습니다.
하드 드라이브가 손상되었거나 시스템에 문제가 있습니까?
