무시해야 하는 로컬 IP를 제외하고 내부에서는 아무것도 변경하지 않았습니다. 따라서 오늘 4000번의 로그인 시도 후에도 해당 IP는 한 번도 차단되지 않았습니다. 로그에 해당 사용자가 여전히 분당 여러 번 재시도할 수 있다는 것이 분명하게 나와 있기 때문입니다.
그래서 나는 sudo iptables -L
다음과 같은 결과를 얻었습니다.

펌웨어, 커널 버전 및 작동에 필요한 기타 사항을 업데이트했으며 iptables
이제 fail2ban
모든 것이 잘 작동합니다.
