ffmpeg는 RTSP 스트림을 기록하지 않습니다

10.10.10.10에 위치한 Dahua IP 카메라에서 RTSP 스트림(예: 목적)을 기록하려고 합니다. Windows에서는 잘 작동하고 이전 우분투 버전(18)에서도 잘 작동했습니다. 그러나 Ubuntu Server 22.04에서는 실행되지만 오류 없이 종료됩니다.
