프록시 뒤에서 XChat을 사용할 수 없습니다

그래서 저는 다음을 통해 HTTP 프록시를 설정했습니다.설정->우선 사항->네트워크 설정, 다음 오류가 발생했습니다.

해당 설정이 없으면(IP:PORT가 비어 있음) 다음 오류가 발생합니다.

프록시가 이 권한을 거부하도록 특별히 설정되어 있으므로 프록시를 통해 XChat에 액세스할 수 없습니다. 에이전트를 구성하거나 유지 관리하는 사람에게 문의하여 이를 허용하는지 확인하세요.
