Fedora 30을 실행하는 Thinkpad X1 Carbon 7세대를 사용하고 있습니다. 내 문제는 블루투스를 작동시킬 수 없다는 것입니다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해 여러 가지 방법을 시도했지만 소용이 없었습니다.
- 설정 GUI를 통해
설정/블루투스로 이동하면 블루투스를 켤 수 있습니다(오른쪽 상단에 있는 토글 스위치). 그런데 문자는 바뀌지 않고 블루투스가 꺼져 있다고 뜹니다.

물론 BIOS에서 블루투스가 활성화되어 있는지도 확인해 봤습니다. 추가적으로 /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi.conf다음과 같이 생성합니다.

또한 블루투스에 대한 전원 최적화를 비활성화하려고 시도했지만 전환하고 싶을 때 powertop실행을 시도했습니다.>> /usr/sbin/hciconfig hci0 up &> /dev/null &

페도라 실행시(?)가 없어서 bin수동 으로 실행 sbin합니다 sudo /usr/bin/hciconfig hci0 up &> /dev/null.
