@GAD3R 덕분에 문제가 발견되었습니다. 문제는 처음에 /usr 및 해당 하위 디렉터리의 권한을 변경했고 시스템이 안전하지 않게 되었으며 "other"에 대한 쓰기 권한으로 인해 패키지 설치에 실패했다는 것입니다.
그래서 귀찮은 우분투 옆에 또 다른 우분투를 설치해 봤습니다.
