새 사용자에 대한 SSH 실패, 권한 거부됨(공개 키)

EC2에서 사용자를 생성하려고 합니다. 수행한 단계는 다음과 같습니다.

사용자 인증이 작동하지 않는 이유를 알고 싶습니다 /home/abc/.ssh/authorized_keys. 누구든지 도와줄 수 있나요?
