Redhat 7.5에서 pyarrow를 설치할 수 없습니다

ERROR: Could not build wheels for pyarrow which use PEP 517 and cannot be installed directly
When executing the below command: ( I get the following error)
sudo /usr/local/bin/pip3 install pyarrow
